Do you locate utilities before digging?
Yes. We always call Montana 811 for utility locates before breaking ground. It's free, required by law, and prevents costly and dangerous strikes on gas, power, water, and communication lines.
Can you haul away the old concrete or spoils from the site?
Yes. We can haul away broken concrete, soil spoils, and construction debris as part of the project, or leave it on site if you prefer. We'll include haul-off in the estimate so there are no surprises at the end.
Do you grade for drainage?
Proper grading is critical in Missoula. We slope finished surfaces and surrounding ground to move water away from foundations, slabs, and driveways. Bad drainage is the single biggest cause of premature concrete failure we see in this area.
